• Although his beginnings in flamenco were rooted in the most traditional style, David Bastidas is now considered one of the international exponents of new flamenco. Proof of his interest in innovation and fusion with other genres can be seen in two of his most well-known versions, Hope There’s Someone and En el Aire, where he expresses his artistic identity not only through his voice but also through his visual image in these two music videos.
