• This museum experience commemorates the 500th anniversary of the first circumnavigation of the world led by Ferdinand Magellan and Juan Sebastián Elcano. The installation transports visitors to one of the most important expeditions in history through three different settings.

  The first, Tierra Firme (Mainland), is the starting point of the journey, recreating 16th-century Seville through scenography, video and sound. The second setting, Alta Mar (Open Sea), is dominated by a full-scale replica of the Nao Victoria, the only ship that returned to Seville after three years at sea. Finally, in Puerto (Port), visitors can closely explore the luggage and tools used by the crew during the expedition.
